She’s still had time to build 15 years’ experience in Dynamics working for Microsoft UK (managing the relationship with key partners) and for Microsoft ISV (running global channel).
Elena set up 365 Talent Portal to respond to the market needs and oversees the strategic growth of our business.
With a passion for live music, books, maps, cars, motorbikes, cycling and good football, Steve brings over 25 years of experience in software consultancies as both a full time employee and an interim manager/freelance contractor, winning Microsoft UK Partner of the Year three times.
He covers most aspects of the business, overseeing quality and style and making sure we delight our customers and consultants.
One of the most energetic and enthusiastic people you will ever meet, Polina has launched numerous international start-ups, many online portals and runs our team of professionals that are highly skilled in web design, database development and support.
In what spare time she allows herself, Polina provides professional coaching and mentoring to international businesses and enterprise professionals around the world.
Product Director & Data Protection Officer
A French national living in the UK, Sandra is an unusual blend of online gamer, computer hardware nerd, cat lover and bilingual writer with an enormous passion for the English language. She has over 10 years of experience in various admin roles with a focus on HR, training and team leading.
At 365 Talent Portal, Sandra is responsible for guaranteeing that the quality of our product and services continues to delight all of our members. She also runs our Talent Sourcing and Community Management teams, designs some of our website pages, builds and improves our business processes and writes many of our blog articles and Dynamics guides.
Talent Resource Manager
Nicole is a South African who, whilst living in London, gained many years experience in marketing and the IT recruitment industry. In her spare time she is a marathon runner who enjoys hiking, beach walks and spending time with friends and family.
At 365 Talent Portal she is responsible for sourcing candidates, making sure our customers project requirements are fulfilled in a timely and effective manner, and that candidates are placed in their perfect role.
Jay is a Business and Management graduate with a strong background in customer service and experience as a Business Analyst for a leading telecommunications company. An avid fan of sports, Jay can often be found writing online blogs on many of them. He also speaks four languages, and is looking to venture out in learning a fifth language this year. At 365 Talent Portal, Jay is our Community Manager and is the first point of call for our new and existing consultants, helping our consultants get the most out of 365 Talent Portal and providing them access to the training materials.
Business Development Manager
Always with a smile on his face, probably as he is based in San Francisco, Arun has had a variety of sales and customer service roles with companies such as The Wall Street Journal at Dow Jones, The Economist, and Charles Tyrwhitt. He enjoys watching films and television series, reading, socialising with old friends, and making new ones along the way.
At 365 Talent Portal, he is responsible for helping growing our business through his strong relationships with companies who use the portal.
Training Accounts Manager
Andrea manages our customers and consultants who focus on providing training services, and comes with lots of experience in fast-paced business environments ranging from IT training firms through to her own family restaurant. She lives on the East Coast of the USA, where she is an active member of the Hungarian community in New Jersey, and has a passion for taking photographs of architecture and her young daughter. If you are nearby and feeling energetic, drop by as Andrea has grown up performing and teaching Hungarian dancing, enjoys listening to folk music, as well as cooking for her friends and family.
Digital Marketing Manager
After growing up in France, Myriam has done so many things – managed corporate relationships for Goldman Sachs, Marketing & PR for Chinawhite, built web businesses, and set up her own well-known clothing brand.
At 365 Talent Portal, Myriam runs our Product Marketing, Digital Marketing and PR strategy, in between a new passion for interior design and rebuilding her new house.
A Londoner who was born in the Middle East, lived in the Netherlands for 8 years then raised in London, Nora has a passion for culture, languages and the arts. She has extensive experience in the Hospitality sector as well as running Events and Theatre productions.
At 365 Talent Portal, Nora is our Marketing Manager. Nora is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans across inbound, outbound and social, and raising brand awareness.
Social Media Manager
With a keen passion for all things digital, Faisal loves to stay on top of tech trends. He brings a wealth of experience in customer service, team management, growth hacking and digital marketing to our scene. In his spare time he loves online gaming, country walks, eating spicy Asian food and is also a professional cosplayer.
At 365 Talent Portal, he runs our Social Media presence, developing and implementing the strategy for each platform and managing the day-to-day content to ensure our community stay up-to-date with our latest blogs and on-goings.
Talent Sourcing Manager
Born and raised on the south coast of England, Elizabeth spent three years studying History at King’s College London. She has run adventure holidays in Ecuador, worked on a ranch in Wyoming, had jobs in various regions of China, and is involved with charities and fundraising. She still finds time for international travel, western horse riding and good food.
As a Talent Sourcing Manager at 365 Talent Portal, Elizabeth is part of our team of recruiters and is responsible for conducting internal and external searches to match candidates to our customers’ requirements, interviewing and shortlisting candidates as well as regularly advising and updating the customers.
Louis is very well known throughout the Microsoft s space, having had a highly successful career in IT spanning 30 years. He has worked across a wide range of organisations, from small boutique software houses through to global IT organisations such as Microsoft, HP & VMware. At Microsoft UK, Louis built the Microsoft Dynamics sales team and also ran strategic alliances. He has been pivotal in many of the key Dynamics projects and brings 365 Talent Portal a vast network of contacts within Dynamics customers and partners. He also set up an SAP reseller business in the past.
Following 11 years in management consultancy, Philip has spent many years managing various leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP partners. Currently Sales Director at IBRL and non-exec with us and at InfoData Solutions, previously Philip was Head of Sales at Maginus, Country Manager at Systems Advisers Group (SAG), Managing Director at Multi Group and Touchstone, and Commercial Director at eBECS. With great experience in recruiting to build partners from £2m to £30m turnover, Philip brings 365 Talent Portal a great network of contacts and process knowledge.
Mike has spent a lifetime in ERP software. Here are some of the impressive roles that Mike currently plays: Chairman at Electoral Reform Services Ltd and Fusion Internet Solutions Ltd; Non-Exec Director at Norland Managed Services Ltd and HealthWatch West Sussex. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Scala Business Solutions. Mike brings us vast experience, having set up and advised many successful start-ups and having been on the board of some large Microsoft Dynamics customers and partners who faced exactly the resourcing problems that 365 Talent Portal solves.
