Dynamics CRM Spring 2016 Wave – update 1 for Dynamics CRM online
On May 3rd, Microsoft announced the start of the Dynamics CRM Spring 2016 Wave phased roll-out.
The 2016 update 1 for Dynamics CRM online introduces new core CRM capabilities designed to further improve the Dynamics CRM user experience:
– Learning Path: Microsoft’s new role-based guided navigation service.
– Power BI: the Sales dashboards have been improved and Service now includes new content.
– Interactive Service Hub has been enhanced.
The Dynamics CRM trial experience has been further improved with the addition of streamlined access from the dynamics.com website.
